Job Description

1. Safe keeping all the administrative records and perform administrative duties such as letter preparation, simple data analysis and online submission duties.

2. Receive claim forms, insurance forms and many other kinds of forms and ensure all approvals are obtained.

3. Be responsible for the daily attendance monitoring.

4. Organizing company events.

5. Purchase and order for the employee's uniform, safety equipment, stationery, and cleaning equipment.

6. Arrange uniform and PPE for newcomers.

7. Observe and conduct audit for the cleaning activities conducted by the cleaners.

8. Observe and monitoring for security activity.

9. Ensure the validity of vendor's agreement.

10. Observe and responsible for canteen.

11. To assist in HR functions and events.

12. To assist in daily administrative activities.

13. To conduct 5S' activity.

14. To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
