JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare staffs and workers letter such as appointment, confirmation, opening new saving account and others. Control and prepare PR for renewal of insurance for company vehicles, stationery, first aid and others (include outstation branch) Check Petronas, Petron, TouchNGo and utilities bill monthly. Arrange sickness workers (send to panel clinic or hospital). Arrange workers to go bank (opening bank account, bank card problem and others). Send daily attendance to Management. Keep a record for every compulsory document as example employee personal file. Back up reception (if reception on leave) Any other tasks assigned by your superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate with Diploma/ Advanced Diploma is an advantage. Required skill(s): MS Office. Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to start work immediately is an advantage. Alternate Saturday - half day
