Job description Human Resources related To performs and provide supports in day-to-day general HR & Admin operation including full cycle of Recruitment process; To conduct orientation for new employees and conduct exit interview for resigned employees; To oversee daily branch operations including administration, operating, accounting; To monitor performance of departmental staffs and report operations to Director PA; To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by Management when required. Administration related To be responsible for overall administrative tasks of the Company, including general procurement, premise maintenance, property management (including renewal of license, quit rent and assessment rent), safety & security, telecommunications related matters of the group, insurance related matters, etc. of the Company; To manage and resolve all operational matters and issues; To prepare report and keep track of all office related expenses and control office expenses against budget; To provide administrative and secretarial support to the corporate management; To assist in credit control related matters for the Company; To maintain efficient filing and archival system in accordance to 5S concept. Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or Human Resource Management with at least 2-3 years of relevant Admin / HR experience; High proficiency in written and spoken English; good command of Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia; Demonstrate high integrity and sound work ethics; Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office); Must possess a good interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills.
