Assist in handling full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, training plan, employee\'s attendances, employee disciplinary issue, etc.
Handling the new employee on first day including registration to the system.
Arrangement HR Orientation to new employee (DL).
Monitoring the employee monthly attendances in the system.
Assist in HR administration work to compliance the ISO requirements.
To liaise with government statutory bodies (EPF/SOCSO/LHDN/JTK/GH, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) for legal & administrative requirements when necessary.
Assist in handling employee\'s complaints from time to time.
To cover Receptionist when required.
To perform any other duties as appointed by the management from time to time.
