Job Description


  • Assist in handling full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, training plan, employee\'s attendances, employee disciplinary issue, etc.
  • Handling the new employee on first day including registration to the system.
  • Arrangement HR Orientation to new employee (DL).
  • Monitoring the employee monthly attendances in the system.
  • Assist in HR administration work to compliance the ISO requirements.
  • To liaise with government statutory bodies (EPF/SOCSO/LHDN/JTK/GH, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) for legal & administrative requirements when necessary.
  • Assist in handling employee\'s complaints from time to time.
  • To cover Receptionist when required.
  • To perform any other duties as appointed by the management from time to time.
