Job Description


  • Certificates / Diploma in Human Resources / Business Admin / Psychology / related
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Monthly payroll processing using HR system.
  • EPF & Sosco contribution.
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • General admin tasks
  • Any other ad hoc as assigned by Director.
