Duties and responsibilities Compensation & Benefits: To be responsible to monthly Payroll and yearly forms for employees. To assist Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - EPF, SOCSO, EIS Income tax, HRDF gratuity, bonus etc. To assist HR & admin Manager for any project required for C&B. Recruitment: To assist handling local and Foreign workers Recruitment including Outsource Company Facilitating newcomers joining formalities To assist updating job descriptions for all positions regularly To assist to fulfilled manpower planning at HQ and branches. To assist conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly Industrial Relation / Employee Relation To assist & conducting Domestic Inquiry, preparing IR letters, counseling To assist resolving employees\' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests To assist encouraging and training the employees to give their maximum output and meeting the standards of the company. To assist Supervising the behavioral problems of the employees and attending each employee to resolve it. Training and Development To assist HR Induction Program (Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees) To assist coordinate the training HR Administration: To assist handling administration of all contract labor. To assist handling staff evaluation/confirmation/Promotion/transfer. To assist Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management To assist to to set up and execute and effective Standard Operating Procedure / HR Policy for HR Department. To assist to set up and monitor an effective Security Guard Manual. To assist to maintaining employee personal file record. REQUIREMENTS 1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent 2) 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 3) Preferably those specialized in Human Resources or equivalent, ESPECIALLY IN PAYROLL 4) Must have good command in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu 5) Possess own transportation 6) Those who can start work immediately will be given preference Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
