HR s Pre-Employment \xc2\xb7 Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections. \xc2\xb7 Recruitment and initial interview of the resources based on the criteria set by the hiring manager. \xc2\xb7 Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, offboarding and warning letters. HR \xc2\xb7 Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedure \xc2\xb7 Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records (employee timesheets in the format required by the system). \xc2\xb7 Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with outside vendors (subcontractors), upper management and employees to maintain standards conscripted by the company. \xc2\xb7 Conducting one on ones with the employees to understand and document their inputs and recommendations \xc2\xb7 Evaluating employee performance and working with the respective managers in terms of adjusting their pay scale accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances. \xc2\xb7 Approving Medical reimbursements of employees. \xc2\xb7 Processing or including in the payroll the approved expense claims of employees \xc2\xb7 Processing the visa of the expat employees. \xc2\xb7 Processing the Statutory and other locally mandated fees. \xc2\xb7 Preparing the payroll and submission to finance. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the employees\xe2\x80\x99 compliance to company policy, rules and regulations.
