Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including manpower planning, recruitment, staff benefits, payroll administration, performance management, training & development, HR administration matters, employee relation, industrial relation and etc.
Attend to employees\xe2\x80\x99 HR matters (human resources issues, rules, and regulations) and Update & maintain all employees\xe2\x80\x99 HR records
Assist in processing monthly Payroll, Processing staff reimbursement claims, Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF and maintain all the data to the highest levels of accuracy and confidential
Recording & maintain all kind of staff claims, checking and verification
Prepare, administer and update records of employment contract, confirmation, and other HR administrative related works such as leave and attendance records
To handle and follow-up on other tasks such as government and legal compliances and issues
Assist and ensure strict compliance to the HR/Company policies, practices and procedures
To handle the recruitment process
Provide HR relevant reports as and when required
Support general office administration tasks (office upkeep, cleanliness, office equipment & asset management, maintenance and services)
Other task assigned by superior or company from time to time.
Requirement:
Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
Immediate availability is highly preferable
At least 2 years of working experience in payroll processing and the related field, also good knowledge of Employment Acts.
Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
