Kelayakan
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in all aspects of the HR spectrum
  • Well-versed in labor law
  • Good command of written and spoken English & BM
  • Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of EPE payroll system is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Updating employee records/ information and maintaining a proper filing system
  • Monitoring staff attendance and e-leave system
  • Managing corporate insurance & medical claim
  • Training and development, applying for HRD grants, and submitting the claim
  • Organizing the Company\'s annual dinner and other gathering functions
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
