\xe2\x80\xa2 Handling all the recruitments on the in-take process on immigration and related departments / local recruitments and prepare all require documents fulfill the requirement on labour\xe2\x80\x99s law Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 To Assist and prepare monthly payroll salary with account Department ensure accuracy in payroll with the accuracy attendance and workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To propose, sourcing purchase and delivery all the gift sponsorship and compile report to MD monthly (Subject Approval by MD) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the company\xe2\x80\x99s administrative activities whereby responsibilities may include in a range of office administration work, including managing equipment and facilities, reception, property safety and maintenance cleaning and telephony, among others. Monthly report on uniform, stationery, renewal, insurance, and other (Submission monthly) \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare yearly budget report for all purchase \xe2\x80\xa2 The successful candidate will be operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.
