Proficiency in English, BM.
Proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Possess good leadership skill and self-discipline
Tanggungjawab
Handling payroll process such as approval and uploading data in bank and payroll system calculation of sales commission, statutory payment, OT and utilities.
Handling event such as festive season, staff welfare and team building.
Handling staff performance management such as confirmation, salary increment and yearly evaluation.
Handling staff disciplinary issue and performance.
Handling documentation and book keeping.
Other administrative tasks.
