Kelayakan

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • as least 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
  • Proficiency in English, BM.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Possess good leadership skill and self-discipline
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling payroll process such as approval and uploading data in bank and payroll system calculation of sales commission, statutory payment, OT and utilities.
  • Handling event such as festive season, staff welfare and team building.
  • Handling staff performance management such as confirmation, salary increment and yearly evaluation.
  • Handling staff disciplinary issue and performance.
  • Handling documentation and book keeping.
  • Other administrative tasks.

  • 10am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) *1 hour rest
