This role is to oversee HR & Admin matters. Your responsibilities will be to : 1-To Maintain and control full spectrum of HR functions & administrative process 2-Develop,recommend & implement new HR practices,processes,policies and strategies that we establish a positive employer-employee relationship. 3-To work on employee recruitment and selection activities, To be eligible for this role,you will require A diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management of Business Studies At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 2-Develop,recommend & implement new HR practices ,processes ,policies and strategies that we establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
