Job Description


  • At least 2 years of related work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Malaysian Labor Laws and knowledgeable about HR practices.
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential matters.
  • Work locations available in KL.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support company events and activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals.
  • Coordinate and track employee overtime hours.
  • Assist in managing staff expense claims.
  • Handle various HR-related correspondences.
  • Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs, and more.
  • Manage general administration functions, such as service agreements and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
