Job Description


:

  • Handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS submission
  • Engage in monthly payroll system
  • To maintain proper filling system for staff personal record
  • To prepare HR correspondence letters
  • Knowledge in foreign labour recruitment such as FOMEMA, Permit Renewal and Passport Renewal
  • Full recruitment cycle such as job advertising, screening, interview, hiring, training
  • Attend to employee complaint and work to resolve the conflict
  • Others ad-hoc tasks given by Superior
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Payroll, Foreign Worker Engagement
  • Effective communicator, understanding, empathetic, personable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month Benefits:
