Job Description


Responsibilities Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle full spectrum of onboarding & offboarding Compensation & Benefits: Review and propose compensation packages that are comparable to industry and market conditions Process the monthly payroll, staff claims, overtime, leave replacement, monthly headcount update and etc. Implementing relevant SOPs is in line with the countries\' guidelines & regulations Office equipment asset management support Ensure that all relevant licences are up-to-date and liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities (MDEC, MBPJ, MCMC) Facilitate in employee engagement report & notifying respective team for further actions Liaise with the relevant stakeholders such as payroll service providers, PERKESO, EPF, HRDF and etc. local and globally Expats Management: Facilitate employment pass applications, renewals, cancellations and submission of foreign knowledge workers projections for the Company. Manage office related matters such as postage, courier, laptop, director signing, office access card, medical card and any ad-hoc assignments. Qualifications At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources & Administration Highly organised with sharp eye for details Good business writing skills with good organisational and analytical skills Good command of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suites Creative problem solver & critical thinker Comfortable interacting with all levels of seniority Excited to help business scale and grow beyond its current phase Self-starter, resourceful and able to work independently
