Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or HR Bachelor\'s Degree.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Knowledge of Labor Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relation and Immigration.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong leadership style and mature personality with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in using SQL payroll system is an added advantage
Able to read and write Mandarin will be added advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage of HR administration functions which include payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee training and development, general administrative works, employee relations and grievances.
Conduct regular update on HR policies, process and procedures to keep Company abreast of current practice and according to requirement needs.
Well versed in Foreign Worker process and procedure such as Visa and Fomema application, permit renewal and etc.
Prepare HR related report such as Budget & Attendance Report.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support, including assistance with policy interpretation and benefits enrollment
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
To handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties.
