Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To act as liaison between Store Manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle full cycle of recruitment activities, includes monitoring of staffing budget, creating pool of candidates, interviewing, selecting, offering, on boarding, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle disciplinary matters and advise line manager on resolution of employee relations issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle payroll administration, leave administration, staff welfare and staff training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for full scope of general administrative functions of the company including renewal of permits, licenses, etc. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Executive and leading a team, HR experience in Retail industry is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of the HR practices including the Employment Act. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong know-how about recruitment channels and sources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with good problem solving, leadership, planning and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese language will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant must be willing to work follow departmental store working hours (retail shift hours / weekends / public holidays). \xe2\x80\xa2 Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
