To manage all procedures, records and files, academic course scheduling, and meetings and events planning.
To facilitate and support college activities.
To monitor and renew all related College license.
To implement and manage office technology systems and procedures, e.g. templates, databases, spreadsheets, etc.
To maintain all college facilities and asset, education equipment, conducive environment and safety.
To enhance the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
To maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
To support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
To prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
To ensure the planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
To enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
To follow other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO/Director.
