Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualifications.
Must have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in HR & Admins especially in payroll management and recruitment.
Able to speak and read in Mandarin are preferred due to working environment.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage stress appropriately.
Passionate about HR initiatives, employees\' development and able to interact with people effectively.
Positive mindset, good attitude and high compliance.
Knowledge in the Employment act and legislations such as EA 1955, IR act and Statutory Act.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficient in spoken and written in English, Malaysia, and Mandarin
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (including screening, interview arrangement, and ensure compliance is taken place), manpower planning, and documentation processing.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures including design and develop training activities, career and leadership development program.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Handle of foreign workers related matters (including visas, work permits, salary, licensing applications and renewals).
Handle employees hostel related matters.
Ensure HRDF requirements, Government Policy and Subsidy related are updated and adhered.
Payroll & Statutory related processing
Prepare letter of offer, confirmation, promotion, termination.
Handle the attendance, leave management record and report, insurance and medical expenses.
Manage employees database and ensure employee records are updated.
Design and develop training activities, career and leadership development program.
Liaise with the local authorities and government departments if necessary (Immigration Labour Department).
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
To assist in other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior and the management.
