Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource, Industrial relations, Management, Business studies, or equivalent.
Those with at least 5 years with working experience in a similar job functions preferably from manufacturing will be considered for Senior Executive position
Experience in start -up company will be an added advantage
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in will be an added advantage
Resourceful and professional in handling matters with the strictest confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following g but not limited to
Perform full spectrum of HR function and day-to-day administration
Dual reporting to Operation Head and Group Human Resource (Headquarters)
Manages proper documentations and filing system.
Monitors application and renewal of work permit, Trading License, Manufacturing License, road tax, vehicle license/permit and contracts.
Liaises with relevant authority departments and Government Bodies
Analyses manpower costing and prepares budget
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
