Define and administer local C&B policies and plans in line with the Company\'s C&B direction.
Administer, implement and communicate C&B policies.
Ensure compliancy of C&B policies and practices with country legislation.
Conduct salary and benefit surveys.
Monitor consistency of pay structure in line with job classifications. Prepare and update salary scale.
Participate in any harmonization exercise on terms and conditions.
Responsible for annual renewal and claims of employees benefit related insurance schemes.
Verify employees claim to ensure policy and limits are adhered to.
Employees relations and engagement : * Employees engagement survey - administration of the survey process, analysis, action plan meeting and facilitate formulation of improvement plan.
Responsible in formulation of relevant strategies to promote employee engagement and implement of agreed activities/ plan.
Internal awards administration.
Participate in external HR award/recognition.
Participate in Sports & Recreation Club and take a leading role within the committee.
Assist the company to create an engaged workforce and positive company image.
HR Policies - revision and update, if applicable.
Audit - support in relevant audit in HR: GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit, tax audit etc.
Support in any HR projects as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
HR generalist with minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with good experience in Compensation & Benefits
Experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized areas: Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee & Industrial Relations
