Scope of Responsibilities
Involves in HRBP function role to deliver solutions in support of business strategies.
Involves in recruitment activities including screening potential candidates, mastering interview skills and identifying potential talents.
Involves in creating HR procedures and continuously enhancing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Involves in data collection and analysis for employee engagement activities.
Involves in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), research and liaison with external training providers to identify the best training programs.
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
Internship duration(s): 3 months or above.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
