Assist the Manager in recruitment activities in alignment with manpower planning, corporate objectives, and business needs, working closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Assist the Manager to manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and collection of personal documents, company email setup, access cards, and related arrangements.
Assist the Manager to support the planning, implementation, and administration of HR operations in a timely and efficient manner, including employee benefits, leave administration, and HR policies and procedures.
Assist the Manager to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.
Assist the Manager to coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist the Manager in conducting background verification and reference checks.
Assist the Manager in handling general administrative correspondence, including answering and transferring calls, managing emails, and sorting incoming mail.
Assist the Manager in managing office supply orders and process staff expense and reimbursement requests.
Other projects as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
