A fast-growing local company providing services to the oil and gas industry is seeking a personable and highly motivated HR/Admin intern to support in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in managing the centralized filing system for the department.
Provide support and assistance on other matters related to the respective department.
Assist in preparing draft memos/letters as and when needed.
Assist in office amenities/stationaries, office supplies, etc. which includes but is not limited to current status, stock level, attending to staff requests.
Provide support to the assigned department related to Keyfield Group's programs, activities and/or events.
Assist in inventory upkeep (centralized database, stationaries upkeep, etc.)
Initiate improvement from the current status into digitalization.
Provide secretariat support and assistance as assigned to you, where applicable.
Carry out any other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Diploma or above students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business/ Marine/Supply Chain/Logistics or other related fields
Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365, Google etc.
