As a HR & Administration Intern, you will support both the recruitment function and terminal administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a dual-role internship that offers valuable exposure to real-world HR practices and administrative management within a dynamic office environment.

A. Recruitment Support
Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system.
Support the onboarding process, including documentation and induction coordination.
Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns and career fairs.
B. Terminal Administration Support
Assist with general administrative tasks related to terminal or facility management.
Maintain and update terminal documentation and employee access records.
Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
Monitor office and terminal supplies and assist in restocking processes.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the terminal level.
Coordinate logistics for employee movement and site-related activities.
C. Medical Claims Support
Assist employees with the medical claim submission process.
Check documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to insurance provider.
Maintain medical claim records and track claim status.
Support internal reporting on medical claims usage.
Qualification / Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Well-organized with attention to detail and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
