Assist with the coordination and organisation of HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Provide administrative support for HR processes, such as preparing documents, maintaining databases, and filing records
Help with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Contribute to the development and updating of HR-related documents, templates, and resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
