Objective:
To support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, employee coordination, and HR documentation while gaining exposure to HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in any recruitment and training tasks.
- Help manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in time attendance, leave tracking, and payroll documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in any CSR activities conducted by HRA Department.
- Support in internal audits and documentation (e.g. ISO, safety files).
- Perform general administrative support for the HR team.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand HR processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Gain practical experience in employee management and HR documentation.
- Exposure to local labor laws, SOCSO/EPF, and HR compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Pay: RM800.00 per month
