Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, attendance and bank accounts
Assist in OT calculation, allowance, Claim and etc
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure operational excellence
To support onboarding and offboarding processes
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Address employee queries about benefits, leaves and other related issues.
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
All other tasks as assigned and guided by the supervisor.
Assist in HR projects.
To support KPI, and appraisal preparation
Requirements
Proficient in spoken and written English
Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Understand the importance of managing confidential information with the required discretion.
Candidates must be willing to commit to
6 monthly contracts for this role
Self-motivator and attention to detail.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
