We are looking for HR/Admin to join our team.

About the role


Your responsibilities will include:



? Organising and maintaining personnel records;

? Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new employee;

? Preparing employee contracts and arranging signature;

? Maintaining HR documents such as new employee forms;

? Assisting employee onboarding and offboarding;

? Managing leave requests and updating leave tracker;

? Maintaining KPI review and personal review documents;

? Updating internal databases;

? Formulating and revising company guidelines and policies;

? Administrating weekly/monthly Timesheets submission and approvals;

? Answering employees' queries about HR-related issues;

? General Administration task - scanning, filing and mail tasks;

? Manage the administration procedures of the office;

? Greeting and directing visitors and new staff;

? Scheduling meetings and appointments;

? Preparing documents for meetings and taking notes and minutes in meetings;

? Ordering, taking stock and managing of office supplies;

? Renewing and maintaining company insurances;

? Assisting the General Manager, Project manager and also assist the team as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements


To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:



? Bachelor's Degree or higher in relate field

? Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an electrician

? Good communication skills

? Chinese speaker preferable

? Strong organizational and time management skills

? Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
