Job Description

Plan overall HR strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Plan overall HR strategies / systems / tactics / procedures, recruitment activities including JD update, personnel relocating / change, maintain employee records of attendance / payroll / SOCSO/ EPF / EIS, performance evaluation, training, award / disciplinary action, benefit package, health and safety environment / company equipments management
  • Asset purchase / management, fire / crime prevention, office contract / management including construction and maintenance
  • They already created salary tables / rates but they expect the new joiner to check the content.
Requirements:
  • Experience of setting up an HR department
  • At least 5 years experience of OD in HR (the position of assistant manager or more) such as planning HR strategies / systems / procedures
  • Possess at least a bachelor's Degree
  • Working experience as manager position
  • Working experience in startup company / Personal Loan or Finance industry / Japanese company
