Job Description

: 1) Manager the entire spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Staffing, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Training & Developments.
2) Develop and formulate HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
3) Handle and provide advice on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfers, termination and other employee relations matters.
4) Oversee the office management and administration matters.
5) Identify, develop and implement appropriate learning and development programs for staff.
6) Provide support in other areas of human resources and assist in ad hoc projects as required. Requirement : 1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in human resources Management, Business Management or any relevant discipline.
2) With 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience in managerial capacity.
3) Good written and verbal communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
4) Able to interact effectively with different level of employees.
5) Good leadership abilities, initiative, meticulous and able to work independently.
6) Well versed and familiar with Labour Law & Employment Act.
7) Based in Kota Putri Masai, Johor.
