At least five (5) years working experience in HR or management training related role. Minimum qualifications of SPM, Diploma or Degree.
Able to conduct training/motivational courses for employees in different languages.
Required language(s):- Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to speak in Mandarin or other Mandarin dialects will be an advantage.
Ability to comprehend some basic legal knowledge and understanding.
Required skill(s) - Employment Act, IR Act, Microsoft Skills in Excel, Word and others.
Working experience in a retail environment or multiple branch offices handling more than 50 staffs would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT - Focuses in staff recruitment for the retail stores and HQ, handles all forms of resignations, promotion, confirmation, increment, transfer and etc. Setting up proper SOP for this area.
KNOWLEDGE - Ability to comprehend the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and liaising with the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.
TRAINING - Responsible for the liaising of delivery of leadership development training courses, organizing and developing motivational & team building exercise with third party consultants.
COUNSELLING - Excellent interpersonal communications with staffs of all levels, counselling sessions. These sessions may involve HODs from other depts in show cause and warning actions.
MANAGING - To manage basic HQ Administrative matters such as general cleanliness, monitoring the general HQ SOPs and staffs discipline.
MONITOR - To monitor all HQ based staffs in their daily attendance, general office cleanliness, SOP for Covid and all administrative matters.
