Monitor, update and maintain daily attendance, leaves, and medical expenses
Arrangement for the new recruit work amenities (stationary, pass card, laptop etc) and return of office properties from the resigned employee.
To assist HR Department on data recording, issuing of standardize letters, checking HR email to ensure storage is sufficient and filling employee personal files and records.
Ensure compliance and update all HR Documents in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality System and recorded in softcopy to enhance paperless documentation.
Responsible for providing support in various Human Resources functions which include recruitment and staffing, training and development, staff welfare and employee relations.
Prepare all HR related letters and documents
To enforce and instil discipline and to take disciplinary actions whenever required
Assisting in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting candidates and etc.
To ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Company
Assist in planning, scheduling and promoting company events.
To fully handle on foreign workers application/ renewal matters
Other ad hoc duties and administrative task assigned by superior and management

Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff.
Arrange courier service to shipping documents
Handle general administration affairs.
Operate, monitor, order, purchase and maintain office equipment and stationary
Yearly renewal on business license, permit and etc
Other ad hoc duties and administrative task assigned by superior and management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must process at least Diploma in Business/Administration/Human Resource Management or any equivalent courses.
Proficiency in Malay & English
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in HR & Admin related field
Experience in Manufacturing industry is added advantage
