Job Description

Role Description



Responsible to assist Store Manager for managing the department operations, with core focus on merchandising and operation of the store, including Customer and Supplier relations, as well as the sales performance of the department.

Main Responsibilities



Payroll



Responsible for payroll administration including calculating store employees' working hours based on punch card/attendance records. Ensure timely and accurate submission payroll records.

Recruitment



Responsible for recruitment activities of store employees as per the requested by Store Manager/Director such as interview candidate, interview arrangement and attending to walk-in candidates. Ensure new joiner documents are compiled properly and submission to HQ payroll.

Administration



Manage the administration expenses and coordinate general purchasing of site equipment, stationery, accommodation requirements and etc. Manage and handle any adhoc assignments and administrative tasks.

LIAISON WITH HQ HR



Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with HQ HR for HR related matters. Observe employees' issues in store and regularly update HQ HR.

General



To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures. Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Candidate must be willing to work 6 days in a week. Full-Time position available.
