1) Manage all work related to administration.
2) Monitoring, listing and manage company's utilities expenses for every month.
3) Request fund requisition form (FRF) for all utilities.
4) Ensure that the FRF for all Utilities applied for does not exceed the payment date.
5) Ensure all utilities payments are on time.
6) Ensure there are no arrears for all company utilities.
7) Request Fund Requisition Form (FRF) for all instalment hire purchase.
8) Prepare offer letters for new employees.
9) Provide documents for employee salaries.
10) Calculate overtime for employees using the provided template and submit to HQ for monthly staff salary processing (including farm workers, security, depot, and restaurant crew o2).
11) Setting up/Update/Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
12) Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees' attendance.
13) Prepare and update job descriptions for staff.
14) Assist in the preparation of documents for training and development.
15) Prepare renewal letters and other HR-related correspondence.
16) Exit Process
- Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
- Ensure the return of all company property.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
