Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
Ensure recruitment practices align with the Employment Act 1955 and internal policies.
HR Administration:
Assist in payroll-related documentation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Support internal audits and compliance checks.
Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
