Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To perform HR administration work and related report.
  • Manage the recruitment process including job advertising, screening and interviewing of candidates.
  • To prepare employment contract, HR correspondence letter and memorandum.
  • To maintain proper filing system for staff personal record.
  • Takes care the employee insurance.
  • To perform any other task as an when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferable from Hotel industry.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act and Industry Relations Law.
  • Meticulous, initiative and responsible.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Salary Range: RM 1,500 - RM 2,000 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 03/01/2023
