Assist with day to day operations of HR function and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executive.
Compile and update employees records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Help in coordinate HR (project, a training set up and refreshment) and take a minute meeting.
To help in assist in dealing with employees request regarding human resource issues.
Assist in leaves updating, claim processing and relevant payroll records preparations.
Monitor company's business license, insurances, and other related matters.
To maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of important documents.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time.
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in Human Resource or Business.
Good command in written and spoken: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Able to work independently.
Must be meticulous and pay attention to details.
1-year experience or fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
