Job Description


  • minimum 1 year working experience in Manufacturing or HR (also welcome fresh graduates without experience !!!)
  • Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
  • Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems
Responsibilities-BOOKKEEPING- Providing administrative support to other HR professionals.- Documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications.- Scheduling onboarding tasks.- Processing payroll updates.- Managing communications for the HR department.- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.- Filing employee paperwork.- Creating reports.- Answering employee questions.- Assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.Benefits-ANNUAL BONUS-EPF/SOCSO-TRAINING PROVIDED-ALLOWANCE PROVIDEDAdditional Benefits
