Human Resources
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including interview coordination and staff induction.
Prepare HR documents and letters
Assist in monthly payroll preparation, staff allowances and annual EA form issuance.
Maintain HR records, policies, and staff handbook; review staff claims and handle employee queries.
Support employee relations, including staff grievances and disciplinary documentation.
Administration
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and vendor services (eg: office cleaner, water/air purifier, etc.).
Oversee office facilities and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Maintain and update contract trackers and administrative filing. Monitor contract renewal.
Process routine administrative expenses/ vendor invoices.
Accounts Payable (AP) Support
Assist with commission management and provide support on related AP matters.
Including any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years' relevant working experience in HR and/or administration.
Knowledge of payroll, statutory requirements, and HR practices; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good organizational and communication skills.
Able to work independently, handle confidential matters with integrity, and multitask effectively.
