Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Recruitment - direct and non-direct recruitment.
  • Provide solutions and advice on all Human Resource matters;
  • Responsible for HR activities, such as preparation of payroll (Calculate OT, Allowance prorate AL/MC/EL etc.), employment contract, staff welfare, employment formalities, training, yearly EA and Borang E, etc.;
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day administrative operations;
  • Manage and maintain HR documents and records in a systematic order;
  • Generate management reports related to HR matters;
  • Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures;
  • Provide advice and counselling in all disciplinary issues and ensure that actions taken by the Company are in conformity with the labor laws and Company\'s rules and regulations;
  • Monitor and control company asset such as company car, property and office equipment.
  • Related training will be provided - In-house/Public
  • Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the Company.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Recognized University Diploma in Human Resource ;
  • MUST be well verse in Microsoft Office Application;
  • Familiar with payroll system HR2000, Sage UBS, Rymnet System
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Resourceful, Approachable and a good listener;
  • Sound work ethics and good analytical skills, resourceful, trustworthy and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all Company information;
  • Reliable, mature, analytical, dynamic, independent and self-motivated;
  • Detail Oriented, meticulous, well-organized, able to meet deadlines, good business sense and judgment.
