Company InformationA company based in KL Sentral is looking for a HR and Admin Manager role.This role will be a 70% Admin and 30% HR position.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information
  • Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation sessions
  • Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity
  • Create and Update company policies
  • Assist the payroll department (outsourced company) by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits
  • Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed
  • Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions
  • Provide assistance to submit Expatriates\' personal tax during annual declaration
  • Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and document
  • Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
  • Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information
  • To support overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office
  • Handling office mails
  • To control and procure stationeries, printing materials and office equipment
  • To assist and coordinate for travel arrangement (hotel bookings, transportation and flight booking) to the management and other employees of the company
  • To assist in restaurant reservations and golf bookings
  • To prepare and manage internal contracts, agreements and tenancy agreements
  • To assist and support on IT related matters with IT vendors
  • To monitor and update holidays in company calendar, and company group chat.
Key Requirements:Minimum 3 - 5 years in HRExperience in visa applications and knowledge with Labuan regulation will be an advantageDigital literate with expertise in using MS Office applicationsThorough knowledge of labour relations and lawsExcellent organizational and communication skills
