Manage all HR Generalist tasks.
Handle attendance verifications and leave record management.
Prepare periodic HR reports by monthly / as and when necessary.
Support on HR and Administrative.
Initiate and participate in recruitment process .
Daily preparation & update accurate database of attendance, overtime, trip record, and leave management system for payroll processing.
Update company Handbook and policies from time to time.
Assist in upkeep of company administration and maintenance
Promote healthy working environment for staff.
Any other task assigned by superior towards company objectives and goals.
Skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Administration
Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent communications skills and computer literacy
Min 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Well verse in SQL system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
