Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Administration Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting both our business operations and human resources functions. You will assist with administrative tasks, help manage day-to-day business processes, and contribute to key HR projects, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how a fast-growing company operates.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help with new employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
Business Operations:
Aid in daily business administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document management. Support the coordination of internal projects and meetings.
Administrative Assistance:
Provide general support to the team, handle internal and external inquiries, and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
Project Contribution:
Take part in various HR and business initiatives, helping to research and implement new policies or processes.
Requirements:
Experience & Education:
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.
Key Skills:
You should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and be proficient with basic office software. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information are also essential.
