Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations. - To ensure payroll datelines are met - Manage and ensure all employees database is accurate/up-to-date - Monitor on probation period/confirmation date for the probationer - Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual) - Preparation of HR Department correspondences of HR letters - Handling employee counseling, misconduct investigation, grievances Candidate\'s Requirement - Minimum 5 years HR working experience - Good knowledge of the current HR practices and sound knowledge in Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory-related requirements - Good interpersonal & communication skills in both Bahasa and English - Good personality & good communication skill - Performance-driven and a team player - Must be analytical and strategic thinking, ability to lead is a must for this position Additional information Basic + Allowance EPF , SOCSO & EIS Contribution SALARY CAN NEGO AS ON EXPERIENCE TOKAN HELMET is a business that helps motorcyclists have safe and quality helmets.
