Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan hiring accordingly.

Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates and coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.

Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

2. Employee Relations



Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, grievances, and concerns.

Promote and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.

Assist management in handling disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures in accordance with company policy.

Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Maintaining record of Customs Licenses, Immigration passes & Company Vehicle passes.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management



Oversee and verify employee attendance, leave applications, and overtime records to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Liaise with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Generate monthly HR and payroll reports for management review.

4. HR Administration & Compliance



Maintain and update employee personal files, HR documents, and databases.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.

Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and termination letters.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support ISO audits and compliance check as required.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.

Coordinate internal and external training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

6.

Company License & Records



Maintaining record of Company Customs Licenses & timely renewal

Maintain record of staff Immigration passes & alert for renewal

Maintain records on company vehicle & renewal of road tax / insurance / auto pass

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
