Minimum of 2 years of experience in Foreign Worker Administration in the Manufacturing or Retail / Construction Sector.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate with government agencies and departments responsible for labour and immigration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process for Foreign Worker Administration, which includes arranging quota applications, permit renewals, FOMEMA, ticket bookings, and more.
Provide operational support to the Head of Department (HOD), clients, and project owners in administrative tasks and communication.
Monitor and report relevant government information and activities to the HOD on a daily basis.
Maintain and regularly update records of foreign employees.
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and keep the HOD updated.
