Description Now we\'re looking for HR Assistant - 3 month contract to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You\'ll be a part of our Global Human Resource Department, handling 3 markets. Interview rounds: HR, Hiring Manager, Country Manager What You\'ll Do Support daily HR Operations for Malysia, Indonesia and Singapore markets. Support Tax Audit, other tasks related to paperwork and liaison with authority. Support in HR engagement activities and other HR initiatives In charge of HR Admin Work: Contract management, onboarding process, other documentation required. Handle monthly reporting to medical insurance providers, social insurance, and personal income tax related matters. Other tasks when required. Profile Requirements Bachelor\'s degree, fresher/ up to 1-year experience in HR or Admin. Good in English communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Tech-savvy, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
