Job Description


  • Fresh graduate who is keen to learn business processes is encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, hardworking, honest & mature.
  • Pleasant personality and positive working attitudes, good team player, responsible, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
  • Capable to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all level of staff
Responsibilities
  • Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation.
  • Maintaining employee records, including personal information, job details, training records.
  • Entering and updating employee data in the HR information system, generating reports, and assisting with system maintenance.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executive.
