Job Description


Job Responsibility Human Resources Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities. Handle employee relations matters and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Assist in training and development initiatives for our team members. Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement efforts. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Finance Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Contribute to the generation of financial reports and data analysis. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Contribute to financial audits and compliance activities. Participate in financial risk management and identification of cost-saving opportunities. Job Requirements Min Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in both HR and finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
